Description: Traditional Indian specialty cooked according to the original recipe, using local spices. The meat is marinated for 24 hours in a mixture of creamy yogurt and spices and then steamed. This delicious, slightly spicy cream sauce is seasoned with fresh coriander and served with Basmati rice.

Storage: Store in a dry place, at a temperature between 1 to 30 °, away from ice and light. Keep the product open in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.

How to prepare:
