Warranty and Returns

The exchanges and / or return must be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the invoice. They must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and under the same conditions in which it was sold.

All items can be changed or returned, except inks, BBs or other consumables after opening.

No refunds are sent to the postal charge. The shipping costs arising from exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer, except in case of an error in the order processing by Hangar 18, or in the event of a defect.

Change of Terms & Conditions

Hangar 18 has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The customer is subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering, unless the law or competent authority imposes any changes thereto (such changes being applicable to orders already made).
